I turn brands, ideas, and chaos into digital products that work.

Brand & Marketing · Product Management · UX/UI · Technology

I work with brands and businesses that need to organize, build, or grow something. I take scattered ideas, unresolved problems, or products that have grown without structure and turn them into clear, actionable digital solutions — from brand strategy to product, user experience, and the technology that makes it possible.

Approach

Real-world problems don't come neatly separated by discipline.

  • A brand may need positioning and a website that converts.

  • A product may need new features, but first, clarity around which problem needs to be solved.

  • A business may need technology, but also needs to understand how to communicate it.

  • That's why I work at the intersection of brand, product, design, and technology.

How I Work

From brand to product: my process

I think in terms of a journey. Something may start as a brand without a clear identity, an idea that is difficult to bring to life, a product that has grown without documentation, or a business that knows it needs to change something but doesn't yet know exactly what. My work is to understand that chaos, identify the real problem, and turn it into a concrete solution.

01

I understand the brand and the business

Before designing or building anything, I need to understand what we are trying to solve. Audience, context, objectives, positioning, stakeholders, and opportunities. This is where everything begins.

Content strategy · SEO · Newsletters · LinkedIn · Digital marketing · Stakeholder research
02

I turn it into a product

I transform that understanding into concrete decisions: what to build, who to build it for, why it matters, and in what order.

Scope · Roadmap · Functional analysis · User stories · UX/UI · Prototypes
03

I bring it to life

I work alongside the technical team — or directly on the implementation when the project allows it — to turn the definition into something that actually exists.

Coordination with development teams · SaaS platforms · Web development · WordPress
04

I measure, learn, and iterate

Launching is not the end. I review what works, what creates friction, and what new opportunities emerge once the product begins interacting with real users.

Functional QA · Analytics · SEO · KPIs · Continuous improvement

This process also led to Caos → Producto, a guide where I summarised my approach to turning unstructured problems into actionable digital solutions.

How I can help

Not every problem starts in the same place. Sometimes you need to build a brand. Other times, you need to turn an idea into a product, bring structure to something that grew too quickly, or find a clearer way to communicate your professional journey. These are some of the situations I can help you navigate. We start with an initial conversation to define what you need and the best way to approach it.

Brand strategy and digital growth

If you need to build visibility, positioning, or an audience around your brand. I work with entrepreneurs, professionals, and brands that need to bring structure to their communication and turn it into a growth strategy.

May include: content strategy, social media, paid media campaigns, SEO, email marketing, and newsletters.
Format: one-off project or ongoing support.

Your first digital product

If you have an idea, business, or service that needs to become a concrete digital experience. I work with professionals, small and medium-sized businesses, and early-stage startups to define, design, and launch their first digital presence or product.

May include: information architecture, UX/UI, copywriting, web development, and launch support.
Format: one-off project.

Product structure and organization

If your product has grown faster than your processes. I work with startups and SaaS products that need to turn scattered knowledge into clear documentation, processes, and decisions.

May include: functional and technical discovery, scope and roadmap definition, documentation, coordination with development teams, and stakeholder management.
Format: one-off audit or fractional PM/PO support.

Professional positioning and personal branding

If you have experience and capabilities but don't know how to turn them into a competitive profile that is easy to understand. The problem is often not a lack of experience, but not knowing how to position it. I work with professionals who need to bring structure to their journey, identify their differentiator, and build a coherent professional narrative aligned with the roles and opportunities they want to pursue.

May include: profile and market analysis, professional positioning, value proposition, LinkedIn optimisation, CV, portfolio, keywords, and job-search strategy.
Format: strategic consulting and implementation, depending on your needs.

Six case studies. Three ways to transform chaos.

My work changes depending on the problem, but the pattern is usually the same: understand what is happening, bring the pieces together, and turn them into something that works better.

America Digital

I joined America Digital working in Corporate Relations and marketing within the company's technology conference ecosystem. The role initially focused mainly on business development, but it quickly expanded into other areas of the business.

What I did

I worked on B2B prospecting with C-level executives and international brands, securing meetings with companies such as Uber, FedEx, and KnowOnline, among others. One of the main commercial results was bringing Uber on board for the 2025 America Digital Conference. My technical background also led me to begin collaborating with America Digital TV News, the company's editorial platform. I worked on writing and publishing news articles, SEO optimisation, executive prospecting for interviews, and newsletter management. I also designed a redesign proposal for the Miami Conference ticketing page.

The outcome

My role evolved from a primarily commercial position into a point of connection between business, content, and technology. I also managed the newsletter content for America Digital TV News, sent to a database of more than 145,000 subscribers through Constant Contact.

Movilidad Orgánica

Movilidad Orgánica was my own yoga, strength, and flexibility teaching business, offered both in person in Rosario and online. I ran it for two years and built both the service and its digital presence from the ground up.

What I did

I worked across the entire brand journey: value proposition, communication, content strategy, visual content design, paid media campaigns, and community management. I also designed and developed the website using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, and published it on my own infrastructure through cPanel. Student acquisition combined referrals with the positioning built through social media.

The outcome

The community grew from approximately 100 to 1,200 followers in one year. For two years, I managed every aspect of a brand that brought together product, content, marketing, community, and web development.

FisioAhora

FisioAhora started with a clear idea: to make it easier for patients and physiotherapists in Córdoba to connect through a digital platform. The challenge was to transform that initial idea into a clear and usable experience.

What I did

I worked as a Product Designer, contributing to product definition and coordinating the work between design, marketing, and development. I participated in structuring the experience, defining the main flows, and determining how professional information should be presented to make it easier for patients to get in touch.

The outcome

The initial idea became a platform capable of connecting patients with physiotherapists in Córdoba and providing access to professional information and contact details from a single place.

ITMeD

ITMeD needed to build its first digital presence to present its solutions and products for the medical industry.

What I did

I designed the landing page structure, worked on the content, and developed the website on WordPress, also implementing custom JavaScript solutions. I incorporated commercial validation elements, such as a carousel featuring brands that already worked with ITMeD, to strengthen trust in the company.

The outcome

ITMeD went from having no web presence to having an institutional landing page where it could present its value proposition, organise its portfolio, and support the brand commercially.

Colegio de Higiene y Seguridad Santa Fe

The Colegio de Higiene y Seguridad de Santa Fe needed a clear and professional institutional landing page to communicate its value proposition, services, benefits for registered professionals, industry news, and contact channels.

What I did

I designed the overall structure of the landing page and worked on the interface to make the experience clear, professional, and easy to navigate. I handled the WordPress implementation, incorporating sections focused on communicating services, benefits, registration, news, and contact information. I also worked on form configuration, content organisation, and local development. The project was built with a responsive approach.

The outcome

The project resulted in a clear and professional web proposal capable of bringing together key information, services, registration, benefits, and communications in an accessible digital experience.

Zeemo

Zeemo is an internal communications SaaS platform. When I joined, much of the technical, functional, and product knowledge existed only within the team. There was no documentation base that made it possible to understand the product from end to end.

What I did

I began by reconstructing and documenting the product: its architecture, features, behaviours, flows, and existing decisions. Based on that foundation, I worked alongside the development team on new implementations and integrations, creating functional and technical documentation for initiatives connected to large-scale corporate clients. I also supported adoption processes with other clients through usage monitoring, support, training, opportunity identification, and experience improvements. My role also extended into business and marketing, where I participated in commercial conversations and contributed to the product's communication strategy.

The outcome

Zeemo went from relying primarily on undocumented knowledge to having a structured technical, functional, and product foundation. This foundation made it possible to bring greater structure to the work with development, support integrations for strategic clients, and sustain the adoption and continuous evolution of the rest of the platform.

About

Brand, product, and technology through an integrated business lens.

I'm Eugenia Marión. I work at the intersection of marketing, product, design, and technology.

My strongest experience lies in understanding brands, audiences, and businesses: identifying what needs to be communicated, how it should be positioned, and how to turn that strategy into experiences that make sense for people.

I work across product: defining scope, documenting, prioritising, designing flows, and coordinating technical teams to bring ideas into production.

My background in UX/UI and development also allows me to get involved in execution, understand technical decisions, and build stronger connections between business, design, and technology.

Today, my work focuses precisely on this: bringing structure to complex problems and turning them into products, brands, and digital experiences that can grow.
